There’s also a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug with a woodburning stove.

Outside, there is ample private off-road parking and 3.5 acre grounds with a walled garden with lawn and produce, a lawn, tennis courts, goal posts, a gazebo with furniture and heaters, a hot tub, and a raised patio with sun loungers. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and two well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is a non-smoking property.
