Step out of the bustling market square and into The Chipping where you will find the communal entrance to the apartment. The large entrance hall offers a friendly welcome where you will see the original wooden door that opens up to a few steps leading to the market square. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with the front door giving access to the entrance hall.
To the left of the hall is a storage lobby with washing machine and space for coats and boots. Further down the hall you will find the lounge area a large room with high ceilings beautiful wooden floors and an open fire where you can sit back and relax after a day exploring. There is a table and chairs for two if you choose to dine in.
Step up into the kitchen which is also off the hallway finished with a contemporary style and well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are a couple of steps up to the bedroom a king-size room with TV. There is also a shower room with large walk in shower and WC.
There is allocated parking for one car and pay and display parking outside the apartment gates. Need to know: 1 bedroom 1 king size. 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility lobby with washing machine. Open fire (Logs not provided). Off road parking for 1 car.
